18 Days Budget Chennai & Madurai Tour Package

18D/17N Budget

Package Overview

This large (130,058 sq km, England is 130,368 sq km) south Indian state is about as typically Indian as you can get. The majority of the people are Hindu and some of the Tamil Temples are huge with many being on the must visit list of pilgrims. Fortunately the temples of Tamil Nadu also welcome non-Hindus and tourists are allowed to wander around all but the inner sanctum of most temples (this is not the case in neighbouring Kerala). Tamil Nadu is considered to be the cradle of Dravidian civilization and is thought to be one of the oldest continuous cultures in the World.
