Delhi – Shimla (Overnight journey)
On the first day of Spiti valley trip, we will start from Delhi. Come to Delhi Volvo stand i.e. Majnu ka Tilla/ RK Asham. Take your Luxury Volvo bus to Shimla. It’s an overnight journey to Shimla. Morning we’ll reach at Shimla.

After arrive at Shimla meet with our representative and then we go to hotel for some fresh n up and breakfast. After a rest of 2-3 hours we’ll start our journey towards Sarahan. En-route Kufri , Narkanda
In Narkanda we visit Hatu and Tannu Jubbar lake. The Hatu Peak offers a panoramic view of the beautiful valley below.
Tanu jubbar lake This lake encircled with trees all around is an ideal picnic spot and to spend some relaxed time with the mountain watching over. After this we move towards Sarahan.……… known as the Gateway to Kinnaur.
The chief landmark of this village is the impressive golden-spired Bhimakali temple that rises majestically against a snowy Himalayan backdrop. Perched at 1,920 metres, this Himachali hamlet commands a superb view of the surrounding Alpine countryside -- Rolling Meadows, apple orchards, flower-dotted valleys, silent forests, the swift Sutlej River and the haughty peaks. Sarahan – Sangla – Chitkul
On the Third day of Spiti valley trip from Sarahan we drive through Jeori, Tranda dhankh, Karcham dam and head towards Sangla valley. Being located at center of the Baspa valley, Sangla is the locus of exploration and trekking trails. Bering Nag temple, Kamru village and fort, Sangla Buddhist temple and hike to Sangla Kanda, sangla lake are some of the places that one can explore.
After that we shall go for a sightseeing excursion to the beautiful village of Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. The drive to Chitkul is extremely scenic amidst snow -clad mountains, apple orchids and wooden houses. One can witness the unique architecture, local lifestyle and also visit the beautiful 500 years old Goddess Chitkul Mathi temple here.
Overnight stay at hotel/homestay in Sangla/Chitkul.

Sangla – Nako – Sumdo – Tabo – Dhankar
On the fourth day of our Spiti valley trip we start from Sangla/Chitkul to Nako. After that continue driving on the famous Hindustan – Tibet Highway or the NH 22 – This stretch is famously known as one of “most adventurous roads of the world” by the ‘Lonely Planet’ in a visual spectacle.
In afternoon you will reach at Nako. 11000+ ft Nako lies in Upper Kinnaur on the edge of remote spiti valley and an important centre of Tibetan Buddhism. Nako has seven temples of different periods distributed all over the village, including a monastic complex on its western edge. Tabo Monastery which was constructed in 996 AD. It is a complex that consists of 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, a monk’s chamber and an extension that houses the nun’s chamberhere is also a modern Gompa and a painting school founded by the Dalai Lama.

Dhankar – lahlung – Pin valley – Kaza
On the fifth day of this Spiti Valley tour, we check out from Dhankar.
Dhankar, the former capital of the Spiti Valley, offers panoramic views of Spiti Valley. Dhankar stands perched above the confluence of the Spiti and Pin river.
After we will drive to the nearby village of Lhalung. Literally translating to the “Land of God”, Lhalung is located at the foot of the Tangmar Mountains. T
In Lhalung, visit the Lhalung Monastery famous for its statue of the three-cornered Buddha which symbolizes the Buddha looking in all directions at one time.
After that we drive towards the beautiful Pin Valley. Imagine a national park with an abundance of animals and birds, with some rare plant varieties, a river that gushes when it isn’t frozen and trekking opportunities for the adventure-seekers. The Pin Valley promises all this and more.
By evening, drive to Kaza, the commercial capital of the Spiti valley and spend the night in a hotel in Kaza.

Kaza – Langza – Hikkim – Komik – Ki Monastery – Kibber – Kaza
On the sixth day of this Spiti Valley tour, we drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world.
The highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to ‘eye of a snow cock’, is situated at a height of 4513 meters. T
Later, we drive to Hikkim where we visit the world’s highest post office in the world. If possible, you can even meet the post-master and hear his stories.
After sending out a postcard, we drive to Langza. Langza village is situated at an altitude of 4400 meters and belongs to the Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Langza houses a population of 137 in 33 households..
We drive back down to Kaza for lunch. After that, we visit the world famous Ki Monastery.
Then we will move farther up the valley to the picturesque village of Kibber. Located at a height of 4205 meters and 18 km from Kaza, this formerly highest permanently inhabited village in this region, is also a popular base camp to embark on adventure and treks to adjoining mountains of high altitude.
Visit chicham Bridge, located in the Himalaya mountains in the north-eastern part of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, the Chicham Bridge is said to be the World's highest bridge from sea level at 4.037m
We drive back to Kaza in the evening and spend the night in a comfortable and Kaza hotel.

Kaza – Tabo – Kalpa
On the seventh day of this Spiti Valley tour, Morning after breakfast leave for Kalpa by crossing Tabo. Kalpa is a beautiful and main village of Kinnaur. Across the river faces the majestic mountains of the Kinner Kailash range. You can also visit the Chandika Devi temple at Kothi Village about 3 KMs from Reckong Peo. A walk or hike to the Roghi village from Kalpa Visit the suicide point or straight drop point and get clicked from an angle that works Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset on Kinner Kailash range from Kalpa.

Kalpa – Shimla – Delhi drop
On the final day of this Spiti Valley tour from Kalpa, we head back to Shimla. In evening we will reach at Shimla. After that take your bus to Delhi. It’s an overnight journey, next morning the bus will drop you at Delhi.
