After a hearty Breakfast drive towards Chitkul.

Chitkul to Kalpa

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 20 days in advance via mail.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 20 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in the plan within 20 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of an advance payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident, or No Shows.
Also, note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service that has been provided.
Documents Note
Screenshots of identity proof and payment receipt are required in order for the confirmation letter to be released.
The customers are advised to read the confirmation voucher carefully and approve it within 24 hours of issuance.
Any errors/changes shall not be entertained afterward. Kindly carry confirmation Voucher, ID Proof, Volvo Tickets, Flight Tickets, Permits, Visa, passports,s, etc depending upon the package type, destination, and inclusions.
These documents are mandatory during check-in / check-out procedures.
Few adventure activities may require you to sign an “Indemnity bond”. In such scenarios, Treasure the Himalaya will not hold any liabilities.
