This whiskey tour combines the stunning beauty of the Trossachs and Loch Lomond with a visit to 2 distilleries.
First we will head to Deanston Distillery near Stirling, a large converted cotton mill on the banks of the River Teith. From there we will travel through some wonderful scenic countryside to Glengoyne Distillery, one of the smallest and prettiest in the country and home to the slowest stills.
Your friendly and knowledgeable guide will discuss options for lunch with you and do his best to answer all your questions – including those about whiskey!
We will also include a photo stop at the magnificent Stirling Castle, the childhood home of Mary Queen of Scots and one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland.
