Have you ever stood on the top of a hill overlooking the valley below and wondered what would it be like to fly as a bird?

Now you can experience that special thrill on a tandem PARAGLIDING flight with our experienced pilots.

Our paragliding flights take off in the heart of the Triglav National Park and offer amazing panoramas of Lake Bohinj and Julian Alps.


You can choose between:
- INTRODUCTORY tandem paragliding flight from Mt. VOGAR (take-off point at 990 meters elevation, average AIR time between 7-15 minutes - not a guarantee)
or
- PANORAMIC tandem paragliding flight from Mt. VOGEL (take-off point at 1682 meters elevation, average AIR time between 20-30 minutes - not a guarantee).


NO booking deposit is required if reservation is made 14 days or more before the start of activity.

REQUIREMENTS
- Sporty shoes / running shoes or hiking boots
- Warm, comfortable / sporty clothes

- Camera with neck / wrist strap (*optional for your own free photos)

- Minimum age: 10 years
- Minimum height: 135 cm (4ft 5in)
- Minimum weight: 45 kg (99lbs)

- Maximum weight: 120 kg (265lbs)
Other restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women.


MEETING POINT & DEPARTURE TIME
Exact departure times of this activity are issued one evening before this activity and will be sent to your e-mail address.
Tandem paragliding departs from our 3glav Adventures office, located in the very center of Bled, Slovenia - right opposite main Post office. Meeting location is within a reach of 5-10 minutes walking distance from pretty much most accommodation options in Bled town:
3glav Adventures, Ljubljanska 1, 4260 Bled, Slovenia, Europe
Tandem paragliding departs at designated time and it's recommended to be at meeting point no earlier than 5 minutes before departure and no later than exact departure time.


ADDITIONAL INFO
Our fully qualified tandem paragliding pilots have many years of paragliding experience and some of them are also professional commercial airplane pilots / instructors, so you'll be in safe hands.
To make your experience even more memorable you can take along your own camera, as long as it's safely strapped around your wrist / neck. :)
Paragliding is a very weather dependent activity and we usually find out, if we'll be flying one evening before the flight or even in the same morning. It's recommended to have a spare day or two, if conditions will not allow to fly on your reserved / preferred date.


EXTRA DETAILS
Operated in English language only.
A minimum of 2 guests is required for our Paragliding trip. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough people to meet the minimum numbers. If activity is cancelled, you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund. Most of our activities operate on daily basis in our high season.
We can usually organize Tandem Paragliding for 1 guest only, but there is 20EUR return transfer surcharge.
Weather conditions are very unpredictable in our mountainous region of Bled, Triglav National Park and Julian Alps, Slovenia. Most of weather forecasts (especially on mobile devices and internet) show low levels of accuracy.
Tandem Paragliding is a weather dependent activity and only operates when weather conditions allow, so it's always good to have a spare day or two around your preferred date. Our professional pilots and paragliding crew can decide that weather or other conditions and things beyond our control do not allow safe operation of the tour. In that case tour can be canceled last moments and guests will be offered alternative take-off point, date or a full refund.
We reserve the right to change the schedule without previous announcement if it comes to traffic delays and road blocks or other unpredictable situations. 3glav d.o.o. will not accept responsibility caused by the change of the schedule beyond the organizers control.
All our tours and adventures don't have any kind of firm or certain routes outlined and itinerary/schedule are made by our local, English speaking, experienced, professional guides who decide spontaneously according to the weather, road, trail and other conditions, type of the group and special events in order to provide safest and most fun experience available for each day.
Places for all our tours might be out of stock even they were marked as available at the time you finalized your booking due to unexpectedly high demand or booking system errors. At those rare occurrences we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.

We are specialized in summer outdoor activities and adventures for individual travelers and smaller groups.
Our guides/instructors/pilots/drivers are your friends and are all happy to answer any kind of questions regarding your personal interest or concerns involving our area or particular tour.
Everyone is always welcome to express their requests or any further questions they might have at any time - before booking, during or after our activities as we'll be more than happy to answer, help and try to meet all needs.
We run all our tours, activities and adventures by Slovenian/EU standards, which might interfere with some other cultural and religious differences/views. Please consider this fact before joining our activities.
