Arrive in Arusha. On arrival you will be in Arusha which serves as the starting point for the safari circuit. Use this day to settle in, meet your guide and prepare for the upcoming safari visits. Overnight in Arusha.
Travel from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing. Tarangire is known for large elephant herds, baobab trees and diverse wildlife. The day is focused on game drives in the park with opportunities to view mammals and birds in their natural habitat. Return to lodge or camp for overnight.
Proceed from Tarangire toward Serengeti National Park. Serengeti offers extensive plains and exceptional concentrations of wildlife. The day includes travel and game drives in Serengeti with chances to spot big cats, herbivores and varied birdlife. Overnight in or near Serengeti.
Leave Serengeti and head to the Ngorongoro Crater area. Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its dense wildlife populations in a unique caldera setting. The day will include crater rim travel and potential game drives around the crater area with spectacular scenery. Overnight near Ngorongoro.
Visit Lake Manyara and enjoy a cultural tour. Lake Manyara offers birdlife, tree climbing lions and varied habitats. The day includes game viewing at Lake Manyara and a cultural visit to local communities to learn about traditions and daily life. Return to Arusha or local accommodation for overnight.
Departure day. After breakfast complete check out and transfer to the airport or next destination. This day concludes the 6 day safari itinerary.
