A 2-day private adventure to two national parks in Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. Guests will explore Tarangire, home of the elephant, and Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO world heritage site, both of which offer spectacular landscapes and the opportunity to see some of Africa’s most iconic animals.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Departure from Arusha at 8am for transfer to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its high concentration of elephants and centuries-old baobab trees. On arrival, guests will be taken on a game drive, where they will have the opportunity to spot some of these majestic elephants as well as lions, giraffes and many other animals. They will also enjoy a packed lunch amidst the wilderness before continuing to explore the park. In the late afternoon, we depart for the lodge near Karatu where guests will have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 2

Ngorongoro - Drop

After an early breakfast, we will depart around 8am for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most remarkable natural wonders. We will descend into the crater, which is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five, and will spend the day exploring the diverse ecosystems within the crater, from grassy plains to dense forests. Guests will enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the breathtaking views before beginning the journey back to Arusha or Moshi in the afternoon.

The tour ends at the Crater around 4pm.
