Drive to Londorossi Gate (2,100 m), trek through rainforest to Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,650 m). ~3–4 hours.
Ascend into moorland, cross ridges to Shira Plateau. Overnight at Shira 1 Camp (3,500 m). ~5–6 hours.
Gentle trek across Shira Plateau with views of Kibo Peak. Overnight at Shira 2 Camp (3,850 m). ~4–5 hours
Trek to Lava Tower (4,600 m) for acclimatization, descend to Barranco Camp (3,960 m). ~6–7 hours.
Scramble up Barranco Wall, trek through alpine desert to Karanga Camp (4,035 m). ~4–5 hours.
Short trek to Barafu Camp (4,640 m). Rest and prepare for summit night. ~3–4 hours.
Midnight ascent via Stella Point to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m). Descend to Mweka Camp (3,100 m). ~12–14 hours.
Final descent through rainforest to Mweka Gate (1,640 m). ~3–4 hours. Certificate ceremony and transfer.

1. Deposit Requirement
A 30% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
Deposits secure reservations for accommodations, park permits, and logistical arrangements.
Deposits are non‑refundable but transferable to another trip if rescheduled within 3months.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
Failure to settle the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN).
Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Secure online payment gateways.
Adventure Essence does not cover transaction or currency conversion fees charged by banks or providers.
4. Late Bookings
For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 20+ days before departure: full refund minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made 10–19 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before departure: non‑refundable.
No refunds for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
6. Currency & Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Adventure Essence reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in park fees, taxes, or exchange rates.
7. Liability for Payment
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all payments are completed on time.
Group leaders are liable for payments on behalf of their group.
