Tiruvarur is also famous for the birth place of 3 music legends Muthuswami Dikshitar, Tyagaraja, and Syama Sastri and they are famous as the “Trinity of Carnatic music”.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Chennai – Thiruvarur

  Morning you will be picked up from Chennai / Airport and driven to Thiruvarur. Upon arrival check into the hotel. In the evening visit to Thiruvarur city garden
  
  Overnight : Hotel in Thiruvarur.
• Day 2 : Thiruvarur

  Today in the morning after breakfast you will be taken for full day temple tour of Thiruvarur covering Agnipureeswarar Temple, Kothanda Ramar Temple, Neelamegha Perumal Temple, Rajagopalaswamy Temple, Saraswati Temple & Thyagaraja Swamy Temple. You can also go for an excursion of Muthupettai which is located close to Thiruvarur. It is famous for mangrove forests stretching.
  
  Overnight : Hotel in Thiruvarur
• Day 3 : Thiruvarur – Chennai

  Morning after breakfast you will be driven back to Chennai and drop off place to be advised.
