Trekking to the Kegety Gorge Package

We start the day driving from Bishkek to beautiful Kegety gorge, which is located 90 km of the city, around 1.5 hours’ drive.

Upon arrival to the gorge, preparation and start trekking to Kol Tor Lake.

There are 2 options to reach Kol Tor Lake: 1) walk on foot 2) rent a horse and ride up along the canyon.

Up to the Lake: 7.5 km; 3-4 hours; +900m.

Upon arrival to the lake you will have time to enjoy this picturesque lake and a valley. Have some snacks after long challenging climbing and relax on the shore of the small lake (around 1 hour).

Down from the Lake: 7.5 km; 1.5 – 2 hours; -900m.

Return back to the parking.

We start driving back to Bishkek around 5-6 pm. Please keep this time in mind and don’t be late.

1.5 hours to return back to Bishkek city.

The tour ends at 6-7 pm at the meeting point; you can also be delivered to your hotel, or any place agreed in advance.
