The Trishuli River is Nepal’s most popular rafting river with excellent rapids. It originates from the Himalayas and flows to the southern plains of Nepal. The river trip offers picturesque scenery with impressive gorges, fantastic rock formations, typical villages, native and migrant birds, exciting rapids and easily accessible from Kathmandu and Pokhara. Beginners to intermediate can raft for 1 to 3 days. This rafting trip can be combined with a trip extension to Chitwan and Pokhara.
Nepal’s most popular rafting river, rises high in the Himalaya at Gosainkund the God Shiva drove his trident in the ground to create three springs. The source of the river and hence its name TRISHULI. It has impressive gorges and some moderate white water, few exiting rapids are balance by another easier sections. Easily accessible for any one while travelling pokhara Kathmandu & chitwan Highway.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival

After early breakfast at hotel in Kathmandu or pokhara, than transfer to Charaundi around 3-4 hr (83 kms west) and start rafting till Kurintar. Provide cool Lunch on the way. After arrive at Kurintar, tansfer to their destination. Or clients who are doing two days rafting; they will have dinner and camp at Kurintar.
Day 2

Departure

You continue rafting along the rapids of Trishuli River to Mugling. After finishing rafting, you have an option to return to Kathmandu, Royal Chitwan National park or Pokhara.

Necessary equipment as high quality self-bailing rafts, lifejackets, helmets, plastic paddles, wetsuits, on certain rivers, dry bag for gear, camera barrels and all safety and medical equipment.
