Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Ujjain Darshan

Mahakaleshwar MandirRam Ghat

Pick-up from Indore Airport / Railway Station or Ujjain Railway station and transfer to Hotel (Ujjain or Indore). Upon arrival check-in to the hotel freshen up and head out for Ujjain Darshans. Visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple for darshan, then explore Kaal Bhairav Temple, Harsiddhi Temple, Ram Ghat, and local markets. In the evening, attend Mahakaleshwar Sandhya Aarti (optional, based on availability) and then you can go for Mahakal Lok light show. Overnight stay in Ujjain/Indore.

Day 2 Omkareshwar Darshan

In the morning have your breakfast, (checkout if stay is opted in Ujjain) and drive to Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple (approx. 3 hrs). Take a holy dip in Narmada ji before darshan, and then head to the temple located on Mandhata Island on the Narmada River. You can take Narmada parikrama (solely on discretion of the guests). You can also visit Bal shakara charya murti and after darshan we head back to Indore. Overnight stay in Indore.

Day 3 Indore Local To Pachmarhi

RajwadaRajwada Palace

In the morning have your breakfast and then checkout and head out for local Indore excursion, visit Khajrana Ganesh temple, Annapurna mata temple, Bijasan mata temple, and you can also visit Rajwada palace, if time permits go for shopping in Indore Rajwada local market. You will later head to Pachmarhi (it is a 7-8 hours drive) Ujjain Omkareshwar Pachmarhi upon arrival at Pachmarhi check-in to the resort, have your dinner and rest for the night. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi

Day 4 Pachmarhi

Pachmarhi National ParkPachmarhi Hills

In the morning have your breakfast and head out for Pachmarhi local. This will be a Gypsy Safari half day tour. You will later be back to the hotel and have the rest of the day at Leisure. Over night stay in Pachmarhi

Day 6 Bhopal Local & Departure

In the morning have your breakfast and then checkout and head to Bhopal, we can go for Bhopal local as per time permits. Later you will be dropped to Bhopal airport or railway station as per your onward journey.

The cabs are allowed only up to the taxi stand, any further transportation is to be scheduled by the guests themselves.

Laundry, tips, shopping, porterage & bills of any nature of personal use.
Any expenses or surcharge occurred due to bad weather or other emergencies or due to a change of dates.

General Terms & Conditions

The above-mentioned Itinerary is completely interdependent on weather conditions, please make sure you pay heed to the cab driver's suggestions.
The cab and the driver are not available for personal purposes, you can always ask to hire with payment as agreeable by the driver and owner.
The meals are solely on the buffet system, anything ordered apart from the buffet will have to be paid directly by the guests.
Just Traventure will not be held responsible for delays in Flights or Bus please make sure you take considerable time to manage your availability at the pre-requisite timing
Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals on independent booking or confirmation only after initial payment/booking amount.
Hotel rooms shall be booked in the base category of the hotel, if an aforementioned mentioned hotel is out of room the room shall be booked in a similar hotel with proper intimation to the client.
Rates may change with change in room category and travel preferences. It will be intimated prior to the booking.
Please take full responsibility of your belonging as the driver and JUST Traventure cannot be held responsible for losses incurred on the trip.
Just Traventure assumes no responsibility for any malfunction/wear and tear to your clothes, supplies, or other belongings while in the camp/hotel. Just traventure is not responsible for any injuries caused during the trip due to any unforeseeable circumstances.
Just traventure is not responsible for any loss of personal belonging and or damage to camp/hotel properties, the latter will have to be completely borne by the guests.
Package price does not include any meals apart from the above mentioned cost for tips, medications, satellite calls. Other transportation assistance apart from what is mentioned above. All other expenses to be borne by the guests.

Payment Terms & Methods :

Payment terms & policies:
50% of the total package value to be paid in advance.
The other 50% complete payment at least 7 days before the DOJ.
Travel ticket fares are to be paid in full in advance as per the client's requirements.
Change of date up to 10 days before the DOJ on extra chargeable as applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

A flat 20% cancellation fee is levied on any cancellation beyond 24 hrs from the payment confirmation.
50% Cancellation fees are levied if cancelled on or after 25 days before the DOJ.
90% cancellation fees are levied if cancelled on or after 7 days before the DOJ.
In case of no-show 100% of total value is non refundable.
Travel tickets cancellation will be solely based on government norms or the concerned company criterion.
No refund shall be applicable on un-utilized services once the time window has passed.
If a trip is cancelled at the last minute due to a natural disaster or unforeseeable circumstances (such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, or attack), Just Traventure will have a voucher issued for upto 60% value of the booking. The voucher can be used for the same or a different package over a year.
