Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Haridwar To Barkot

    In morning Vehicle will be there to pick you up at Haridwar and take you to Rishikesh for Verification of Yatra registration. After registration proceed to Barkot (216 Kms). Upon arrival check-in to Hotel in Barkot have dinner and rest for the night. Note:- For the Green Card you have to wait for 3-4 Hrs (This is the Process by Govt. they check the Vehicle & take all the details of Passenger, then they allow for the journey)

  • Day 2

    Yamunotri Darshan

    Yamunotri Temple Yamunotri

    Today after breakfast, you will head to Janakichatti (Approx. 45 km.) to shorten your trek by 5 Kms. Proceed to Yamunotri temple by walk / pony / doli (by own). (Approximate charges for both ways by horse would be ‘800/- to ‘1,200/- and doli ‘2,500/- to 3,500/- Approx). After darshan return to the vehicle in Jankichatti, and
    Char Dham Yatra then later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot have dinner and rest for the night.

  • Day 3

    Barkot To Uttarkashi

    In the morning have your breakfast then check out, you are scheduled to be driven to Uttarkashi in the afternoon. It will be a short drive but very scenic and pleasant, Char Dham Yatra reach Uttarkashi, check-in, visit Lord Kashi Vishwanath temple, and explore the neighborhood. By evening be back at the Hotel have dinner and rest for the night.

  • Day 4

    Gangotri Darshan

    Gangotri

    Early morning 4 am you will depart for Gangotri. It's a 100 km drive and can take longer than expected. Take a holy dip in the Ganda and go for darshan at Gangotri Dham. After darshan be back to the parking for your vehicle, on the way back you can visit Harshil if time permits. Night stay at the same hotel in Uttarkashi.

  • Day 5

    Uttarkashi To Guptkashi

    Have your breakfast in the morning and you will be driven to Guptkashi. Check in to the hotel, have dinner, and rest for the night, it will be a long day the next day, rest and acclimatize.

  • Day 6

    Kedarnath Ji Darshan

    Kedarnath Temple

    Today in the early hours Early hours proceed to Sonprayag (4 Kms.) then to Gaurikund (5 Kms.) by Govt. Jeep. and later Proceed to Kedarnath (17 Kms.) by pony. After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, Overnight stay at Kerdarnath ji.
    Pilgrims going by Helicopter: Early morning proceed to Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad to Kedarnath Helipad. Later, proceed to Kedarnath Temple by walking (1 Km.) After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, Overnight stay.(Kedarnathji).

  • Day 7

    Kedarnath Ji To Guptkashi

    Today after morning darshan and prayers head back down and you will be taken to Guptkashi back from Sonprayag. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

    Guptakashi To Pipalkoti

    Today after breakfast checkout, you have the day at leisure, you can explore around Guptakashi. Later in the day you will head to Pipalkoti, upon arrival check in to the hotel, have dinner and rest for the night.

  • Day 9

    Badrinath Ji Darshan

    Badrinath Temple Badrinath Temple

    Today after breakfast you will depart to Badrinath ji, visit the temple, attend prayers and later be driven to Mana village. The vehicle goes up to the taxi stand and is completely time dependent. Visit Mana village and later you will head back top Pipalkoti, overnight stay at Pipalkoti.

  • Day 10

    Pipalkoti To Rishikesh

    Today after breakfast you will depart to Haridwar via Rishikesh. Sightseeing at Rishikesh with evening aarti and holy bath in the Holy Ganges is inclusive. Drop at the Railway station/bus stand for your onward journey

General Terms & Conditions

  • The above-mentioned Itinerary is completely interdependent on weather conditions, please make sure you pay heed to the cab driver's suggestions.
  • The cab and the driver are not available for personal purposes, you can always ask to hire with payment as agreeable by the driver and owner.
  • The meals are solely on the buffet system, anything ordered apart from the buffet will have to be paid directly by the guests.
  • Just Traventure will not be held responsible for delays in Flights or Bus please make sure you take considerable time to manage your availability at the pre-requisite timing
  • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals on independent booking or confirmation only after initial payment/booking amount.
  • Hotel rooms shall be booked in the base category of the hotel, if an aforementioned mentioned hotel is out of room the room shall be booked in a similar hotel with proper intimation to the client.
  • Rates may change with change in room category and travel preferences. It will be intimated prior to the booking.
  • Please take full responsibility of your belonging as the driver and JUST Traventure cannot be held responsible for losses incurred on the trip.
  • Just Traventure assumes no responsibility for any malfunction/wear and tear to your clothes, supplies, or other belongings while in the camp/hotel. Just traventure is not responsible for any injuries caused during the trip due to any unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Just traventure is not responsible for any loss of personal belonging and or damage to camp/hotel properties, the latter will have to be completely borne by the guests.
  • Package price does not include any meals apart from the above mentioned cost for tips, medications, satellite calls. Other transportation assistance apart from what is mentioned above. All other expenses to be borne by the guests.

Payment Terms & Methods :

Payment terms & policies:
50% of the total package value to be paid in advance.
The other 50% complete payment at least 7 days before the DOJ.
Travel ticket fares are to be paid in full in advance as per the client's requirements.
Change of date up to 10 days before the DOJ on extra chargeable as applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

A flat 20% cancellation fee is levied on any cancellation beyond 24 hrs from the payment confirmation.
50% Cancellation fees are levied if cancelled on or after 25 days before the DOJ.
90% cancellation fees are levied if cancelled on or after 7 days before the DOJ.
In case of no-show 100% of total value is non refundable.
Travel tickets cancellation will be solely based on government norms or the concerned company criterion.
No refund shall be applicable on un-utilized services once the time window has passed.
If a trip is cancelled at the last minute due to a natural disaster or unforeseeable circumstances (such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, or attack), Just Traventure will have a voucher issued for upto 60% value of the booking. The voucher can be used for the same or a different package over a year.
