Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and J&K Tourism Deptt (JKTDC) has made excellent facilities at Katra for Pilgrims. Proceed to Mata Bhawan from Katra on a 13 Km well build trek. You can also take services of ponies, pithoos on your journey to Mata Bhawan. Mata manifests itself in the for of Pindies in cave shrine. You can also attend morning or evening Atka aarti.
