Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Bangalore / Bandipur : ( 240 Kms / 6 Hrs)

Depart from Bangalore at 06.00hrs, check in at a Bandipur National Park –the picturesque Nilgiris invitesyou to this perfect backdrop for a wildlife safari nestling in the foothills of the nilgiris, the Bandipur National Park was formed by extending the Venugopal wildlife park. On arrival check in to Bandipur Safari Lodge and proceed for lunch. Wildlife safari at around 16.00hrs. Overnight.
Day 2

Bandipur - Wayanad: (120 Kms / 3 Hrs)

Morning guided trekking, after breakfast, check out proceed for Lakkidi- The gateway to Wayanad, situated 700m above sea level at the crest of the Thamarasseri Ghat pass. Lofty peaks, gurgling streams and luxuriant forests add magic to the journey up the winding roads to this hill station. Visit Pookat lake- this perennial fresh water lake, nestled among wooded hills, is the only one of its kind in Kerala. Boating facilities, children’s park, handicrafts and spices emporium and fresh water aquarium are among the tourist facilities available here. Visit Ambalavayal heritage museum (near Ambukuthi hill) which houses artifacts and belongings of the various tribes, reputed to be one of the best heritage museums in Kerala. Upon arrival, check in to a resort and proceed for lunch. Half a day tour and return to resort, dinner and overnight.

Wayanad / Bangalore: ( 360 Kms / 7 Hrs)

Morning breakfast, checkout at 10.00Hrs and proceed to Bangalore. Tour ends.
