Day Wise Breakup

Day 1 - Arrival to Delhi

Check in Hotel.

Day 2 - Delhi - Chandigarh - Pinjore - Chail

Fly from Delhi to Chandigarh. Upon arrival transfer to a hotel for lunch. Proceed to coach to visit the city of Chandigarh, designed by the French architect Le Courbousierre. Pinjore, a 17th century Maghal Garden. On to Chail, set amidst forests of Pine and Deodar. Check in Hotel at Chail.

Day 3 - Chail-Simla - 45 Kms/ 2 Hrs.

After breakfast, leave for Simla (2133mts.). Check in Hotel. Visit Local Sight Seeing and Mall Road.

Day 4 - Simla-Manali

270kms/8hr After early breakfast, leave for Manali via Mandi. Check in Hotel.

Day 5 - Manali

Morning visit to Rohtang Pass (3877m) 51 kms from Manali. On the way back, stop at Marrhi for Lunch. Afternoon visit to the local market.

Day 6 - Manali - Jispa via Keylong

Morning at leisure. In the afternoon visit Vashisht Hot Spring and the Temple of Hidmba Devi.

Day 7 - Manali - Optional

Excursion into the Solang Nala. Short trek into the Solang Nala can be arranged for those interested in trekking. Packed lunch to be carried. Return in the evening for overnight stay.

Day 8 - Manali-Palampur

205 Kms / 6 Hrs. En route to Palampur visit the 2000 year old temple of Lord Shiva at Baijnath (1200m). Stop at Mandi for Lunch. Palampur (1350m) amidst lush tea gardens lies in the lap of the Dhauladhar range. The snow line is easily accessible here. Check in Hotel.

Day 9 - Palampur-Dharamsala

40 Kms / 1 hr Morning : After breakfast leave Palampur for Dharamsala. Upon arrival transfer to the Tourist Bungalow overlooking the Pong Dam Lake. Afternoon : Visit the Tibetan Monastery and the Old Church of St. John in the wilderness.

Day 10 - Dharamsala

Day 11 - Dharamsala-Chamba-Dalhousie

112 Kms / 6 Hrs. After breakfast proceed to Chamba (4461m) famous for its temple. Also visit the museum which houses an excellent art collection.

Lunch at Chamba / Khajjiar. Proceed to Dalhousie for overnight stay.

Day 12 - Dalhousie (1981m)

Afternoon breakfast visit the local market for Tibetan handicrafts.

Day 13 - Dalhousie - Jammu - 200 Kms / 7 Hrs.

Drive to Jammu, upon arrival transfer to Hotel for Lunch and overnight stay.

Day 14 - Jammu-Delhi

Fly Jammu to Delhi. Tour Terminates.
