Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi to McLeod Ganj – Arrival & Temple Visit

Early Morning (5:00 AM – 12:00 PM):
Travel from Delhi to McLeod Ganj (by private cab or overnight Volvo available the previous night)
Distance: approx. 480 km (9–10 hrs by road)
Arrive and check-in to your hotel

Lunch (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM):
Lunch at a Tibetan café – try thukpa, momos, or butter tea

Afternoon (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM):
Visit the Tsuglagkhang Complex – the Dalai Lama Temple
Explore the prayer wheels, meditation halls, and the large Buddha statue
Attend a prayer session if available

Evening (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM):
Walk around Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall or visit St. John in the Wilderness Church
