This tremendous introduction to Kenya’s natural wonders starts in the spectacular uplands of northern Kenya. After staying in the wild and rugged Samburu, you will then head to the awe-inspiring Aberdare National Park. Next you will go to the Masai Mara – Kenya’s world-famous safari landscape – for an unforgettable bush experience. Then it’s time for relaxation in the sun and swimming in the Indian Ocean in South Coast.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NAIROBI TO SAMBURU

  Pick up at 0730hrs and drive north to Samburu National Reserve to arrive for lunch . After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park famous as the place for the Samburu semi-nomadic tribesmen, the reticulated giraffe, the Grevy’s zebra gerenuk, beisa oryx and a host of the big game including elephant and lion.

• Day 2 : SAMBURU FULL DAY

  On this day,after breakfast you will spend Full day in Samburu National park with early morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu Game Reserve, which covers 40 square miles (104 square kilometers). Ololokwe Table Mountain forms a dramatic backdrop to our game viewing. Samburu is also home to the third of Kenya’s giraffe species – the rare Reticulated Giraffe (only found in the Northern parks). This is also where you see the blue-legged Somali Ostrich, the long-necked Gerenuk gazelle and the straight-horned Beisa Oryx antelope.

• Day 3 : SAMBURU TO ABERDARES

  We depart after breakfast with game viewing as we leave the park. Proceed to aberdares national park arriving for lunch. In the afternoon we take a game drive in aberdares national park. In the evening you shall be able to see the animals as they come to water at the flood lit pool.

• Day 4 : ABERDARES TO LAKE NAKURU

  After breakfast we depart for lake nakuru national park. We shall stop at the equator and the Thomson falls in Nyahururu. We arrive at our hotel, check in and have lunch followed by game viewing in the lake nakuru national park that is famous for it's large concentration of pink flamingoes and other birdlife, it's also the first rhino sanctuary for both the black and white species, also it's a home for Rothschild giraffe.

• Day 5 : NAKURU TO MASAI MARA

  After breakfast depart to the famous game reserve, drive through the spectacular Great Rift Valley to one of the stellar events of your safari Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch, Kenya's most precious wildlife sanctuary and long famed as one of Africa's greatest concentrations of game. July-September enjoy the magnificent migration of wilderbeest fi-om Serengeti National Park crossing over Mara River to Maasai Mara in big numbers.

• Day 6 : MASAI MARA FULL DAY

  Morning and afternoon game viewing with an optional visit to the masai cultural village.
  You may take an optional ballon safari in the early morning. A ballon safari enables to fly over the masai mara plains teeming with herds of wildlife in the early morning. Typically ,it begins at break of dawn, about 6 am, and lasts for around 1 hour, during which you will fly over parts of the vast Masai Mara plain, seeing the magnificent wildlife below, spread over several square kilometers of the reserve

  Morning and afternoon game viewing. Today you could also take time in the afternoon to visit the local masai tribes where you experience their culture and if you like a taste of their local dishes.

• Day 8 : MASAI MARA TO AMBOSELI

  Depart after breakfast and travel to the Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. We shall stop over in Nairobi for lunch. Proceed to amboseli arriving for dinner at your lodge..

• Day 9 : AMBOSELI FULL DAY

  Have an early breakfast followed by a morning game drive in the park. Amboseli offers opportunities such as viewing Large Herds of Elephants, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Big Five, visiting the Observation Hill which allows an overall view of the whole park especially the swamps and elephants, Swamp below observation hill hosts many elephants, buffaloes, hippos and a variety of water fowls like pelican, Egyptian goose, Contemporary Masai culture and indigenous lifestyle.
  
  After lunch a game-drive follows. Optional visit to a Masai village is available as this is the home of the Masai people. Here you learn about their tribal social systems, customs and the place of the Masai in today’s Africa.

• Day 10 : AMBOSELI TO TSAVO WEST

  After breakfast you depart with game viewing enroute to Tsavo west national park. he Park comprises a diversity of habitats, open plains alternating with savannah bush and semi-desert scrub; acacia woodlands; rocky ridges and outcrops. You arrive in time for lunch at your lodge followed by an afternoon of game viewing.

• Day 11 : TSAVO WEST TO TSAVO EAST

  Early morning breakfast game drive with a visit to Mzima Springs later on depart Tsavo West for Tsavo East which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions, Game en route to lodge/hotel Tsavo East. Check in and have lunch. In the afternoon, another game drive at the park later dinner and overnight at the lodge/hotel.

• Day 12 : TSAVO EAST TO MOMBASA

  Early morning game drive as you depart for Mombasa for your beach relaxation. [ you may also end your safari by returning to Nairobi]
