16 Days Tour Around Morocco Via Desert

Upon your arrival at Casablanca Airport you will be welcomed by one our team member then transfer to your Hotel including a visit to the cities historical sites.

After breakfast depart to Meknes including a stop at the current capital of Morocco Rabat, for a historical monuments visit (Oudaya, Chellah, Hassan Tower….)

After breakfast a visit to Meknes historical monuments and beautiful sites is to be held with a local guide. The afternoon is free to enjoy the famous Lahdim square by yourself and get to know the Moroccan way of life in a more private way.

After breakfast and after having an idea of the Moroccan way of life, depart to Fes including a visit to the ancient roman ruins and the holly town of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. In the afternoon a visit to the one of the famous cities in Morocco is very important, a chance to visit the historical monuments and the old Medina with its beautiful narrow streets.

After breakfast, a journey will take us along the beautiful south road, where a dramatique change in landscapes from the snowy hills of Ifrane to the Cedar Forest of the middle Atlas then the dry weather of the desert.

After breakfast you will visit the surrounding of the berber village of Merzouga in a 4x4, and get to taste the real desert life and also listen to its music while you visit the slaves village of Khamlia. In the Afternoon you will camel trek to spend a night of your lifetime under the clear sky and under the nomad tents in a camp in the middle of the desert, a chance to get to know the real inner-you.

After refreshing up, we will depart to Hollywood of Africa, the studios cities where famius movies have been taken, including a visit to Rissani’s famous souks, the town where the Alouist dynasty started ruling Morocco until the moment. Along the way before the arriving to Ouarzazate you will visit the Todra Gorges with its strange rock formation then continue via Rose Valley to Ouarzazate.

After breakfast we will depart to the berber city to Taroudant about which so many tales were told considering its name. Along the way we will visit the famous small town of Taznakht, which is also known for Berber Carpet making then continue to join the town of Talioune, where Safran herb is such gold in the area.

Driving from Taroudant to Tafraoute through the Anti Atlas Mountains the scenery is stunningly beautiful, and well worth a visit just for the mountain scenery. Tafraoute is a very beautidul Oasis which is also dominated by the backdrop of awesomely shaped natural rock formations.

So many things are to be seen in Tafraouet, from Argan Oil co-operatives and to the berber carpets way of making and also nearby villages are worth a visit.

This journey will take us to Agadir city which means “The Wall” in the local berbers language. A City with so much to give. Along the way you will have the chance to observe the magical landscapes with so many pictures to take.

After breakfast we will depart to the magical, beautiful city of Essaouira or Mogador as the Portuguese colonization used to call it. Gnawa Music is a daily drug in this town, with its clean and white streets its old Medina its worth a visit.

After breakfast a trip will take us to the famous city of Marrakech via the Chichawa, including a visit to the Argan Oil co-operative for which the area is very famous, and if lucky you will take a funny and strange picture of goats climbing Argan tree.
