Arrival Day in Tanzania. On arrival guests are met and transferred to Arusha with airport pick up provided. Accommodation in Arusha is included as part of the itinerary with overnight in Arusha. This day serves as the arrival and check in day prior to commencing safari activities in the following days.
Drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for safari and photo opportunities. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds and giant baobab trees. During game drives expect to see a wide variety of wildlife including giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, eland, buffalo, warthogs, baboons, impalas and rarer species such as Gerenuk and Great Kudu, as well as Oryx. Over 400 bird species have been recorded in the park and predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals may also be encountered. Overnight stay will be in a safari lodge or tented camp.

Transfer from Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater for further game viewing and photo safari in one of Tanzanias most famous conservation areas. The Ngorongoro Crater offers unique wildlife viewing opportunities within the caldera and complements the Tarangire experience. After activities in Ngorongoro guests return to Arusha with transfer or drop off as required. National park fees and guiding are included as per the itinerary and meals are provided during the safari.
