Arrival day to Arusha. Guests arrive in Arusha and are met for airport pickup and transfer. Accommodation in Arusha is provided as part of the package, setting up for the safari departure the next day.
Drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing and a photo safari. The highlight of Tarangire is the large elephant herd and giant baobab trees. Expect sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, eland, buffalo, warthogs, baboons, impalas and possibly rarer species such as Gerenuk, Great Kudu, Oryx and Ash stall. More than 400 species of birds have been recorded here, and predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals may also be seen.
Travel from Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing in the crater and then return to Arusha. This day includes a photo safari experience in Ngorongoro Crater as part of the two park itinerary, offering further opportunities to see diverse wildlife and landscapes before concluding the safari back in Arusha.
