Valid government-approved ID is mandatory for obtaining the North Sikkim permit. For Indian tourists, Sikkim Tourism lists Voter ID/Driving Licence among accepted documents; Aadhaar is not accepted for the relevant North Sikkim permit process.
Permit processing is subject to government approval and availability.
Permits must be arranged in advance; same-day permits are not issued under the current Lachung advisory.
Zero Point/Yumthang sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions, permit and local authority clearance.
In case of road blockage, landslide, heavy snowfall or government restriction, the itinerary may be modified for passenger safety.
Sharing vehicle means the vehicle may be shared with other tourists.
Pickup/drop timing may vary depending on road conditions and permit requirements.
Guests must follow the instructions of the driver, guide and local authorities.
No refund will be provided for unused sightseeing or services due to personal reasons, late arrival or early departure.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability; similar-category accommodation may be provided if the mentioned property is unavailable.
Any additional cost arising from unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the traveller.
The company/driver will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, landslides, roadblocks, strikes or government restrictions.
Important: North Sikkim is a protected/permit-controlled area, and tourists must remain within the destinations specified on their permits.

* 28% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
