  Reach Shimla Volvo Stand where our driver will greet you & Transfer you to the Hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability).After fresh up cover Kali Bari Devi Temple, Scandal Pt. Ridge, Christ church, The Mall Road, Lakkar Bazzar . Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel in Shimla.

  Today Morning after breakfast, leave for Day excursion to Green Valley, Indira Holiday Home, Mini Zoo, Kufri Fun Campus, & Fagu Valley and after return back to Shimla.
  Sightseeing for the day: Kufri, Green Valley, Chini Bungalow, Mini Zoo, Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point, Wood Market, Kali Bari Temple.

Terms & Conditions

• AC will only work in plain areas.
• Similar hotels/cab will be provided in case of unavability.
• Check in and checkout time as per hotel policy.
• Token amount below 20% will be Non- Refundable.
• If needed any extra bed instead mention in package , will be on extra charges.
• During Festive time or season time cost may increase.
• For early check in and for late checkout direct pay at hotel.
• 10% or minimum 3000 services charges will apply, if you want changes in package pre-D 30
• There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount per person as specified for each tour package. The full payment must be received in accordance with procedures laid down under Payments Terms. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply scale of cancellation charges as mentioned in the cancellation policy here under.
• To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients or for any compensation claims made.
• It is clear understanding between either parties that any loss arising on account of cancellation of flight / train / bus tickets booked by the Clients; either through the Company or on his/her own or through a third party; the Company shall not be liable for such losses or additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients.
• No person other than the Company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in this brochure.
• HEALTH & SAFETY The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client or any person traveling for: Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss , delay , discomfort ,increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused Any act, omission, default or Independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent , employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.

EXTRA PERSON COST

• For extra person cost, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
• Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.
• Children between 5- 10 Years & Adults (Above 10yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.

AMENDMENT {Postpone & Prepone Policy}

• For Amendment, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
