Kibo Safari Camp has 73 self-contained tents for single, double, triple and family accommodation. The beds have been custom designed and locally made using bush logs and will ensure a good nights sleep. All tents have flush toilets, showers, and wash basins. You can enjoy your shower as you like: bubbling hot or refreshing cold. For the duration of your stay in the African bush, Kibo Safari Camp will be your home away from home. Arrival: You will be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
You will be picked up at your hotel, home or the airport and begin the journey to Amboseli National Park, which lies below Mt Kilimanjaro. The park is known for its great elephant herds and iconic views of Mt Kilimanjaro. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and a rest, followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset to catch the wildlife in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight will be at Kibo Safari Camp located just outside Amboseli NP. Meals for the day include lunch and dinner; breakfast is not included. Drinking water is included while other drinks are not included.
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive in Amboseli National Park for a chance to catch carnivores getting their first meal of the day and to view wildlife in the cooler morning hours. You will return to the camp at around 0800hrs for breakfast and relaxation. After lunch you will relax at the hotel and later depart on an afternoon game drive, taking in the unrivaled scenery and wildlife under the shadow of Mt Kilimanjaro until sunset. Dinner and overnight will be at Kibo Safari Camp. Meals for the day are included. Drinking water is provided while other drinks are not included.
Following an early morning game drive and breakfast you will check out and begin the return drive to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at your home, hotel or the airport. The tour ends in Nairobi. Accommodation at the end of the tour is not included but additional accommodation can be arranged for an extra cost. Meals for the day include breakfast only; lunch and dinner are not included. Drinking water is included while other drinks are not included.
