3-day Northern Tanzania Luxury Safari

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met by your professional safari representative and transferred to Arusha, the safari capital of northern Tanzania located at the foot of Mount Meru. Depending on your arrival time you may relax at your lodge, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, or prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead. The evening offers an opportunity to unwind and enjoy Tanzanian hospitality before embarking on your wildlife journey the following day. Accommodation is at Mount Meru Hotel. After breakfast depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzanias most captivating wildlife destinations and a key highlight of the Northern Safari Circuit. Covering nearly 3,000 square kilometers, the park is renowned for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and the Tarangire River which attracts abundant wildlife throughout the dry season. Visitors can encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and numerous antelope species. With more than 500 recorded bird species Tarangire is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts. Following an early breakfast drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africas most extraordinary natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Formed by the collapse of a massive volcano millions of years ago, the crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife within its fertile grasslands, forests, and wetlands. During your game drive you may encounter lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhinoceros. After a memorable safari experience and picnic lunch on the crater floor ascend the crater and return to Arusha where your safari concludes. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch.
