Arrival in Arusha with meet and greet and transfer to your hotel. Arrival window is between 09:00 and 18:00 at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. You will be met by a safari representative who meets guests between 10:00 and 18:30 and transferred to your hotel in Arusha, approximately a one hour drive from JRO. In the evening there is a dinner and a safari briefing. Overnight stay is at a hotel in Arusha.

Full day Arusha National Park safari starting with breakfast at the hotel and departure for the park in the morning. Arrival at the park is around 08:45 to begin the game drive. The visit includes wildlife viewing and a stop at Momella Lakes, a picnic lunch inside the park at 13:00, continued afternoon game drive and departure from the park in the late afternoon to return to Arusha by around 17:30. Dinner is served at 19:00 and overnight is at a hotel or lodge in Arusha.

Departure day with breakfast at the hotel followed by check out and transfer to the airport. Breakfast is at 07:30, check out at 09:00 and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport is scheduled at 10:00. This marks the end of services.
