Day 1 Arrival In Entebbe – Transfer To Kibale National Park

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by a representative from Unique Africa Tours and transferred to Kibale National Park in western Uganda. The scenic drive takes you through rolling hills, tea plantations, and rural villages. Arrive at your luxury lodge in the afternoon, where you can settle in with a welcome drink and take in the serene forest views. Spend the evening relaxing with lodge amenities such as a pool or spa, or enjoy a short guided nature walk. A gourmet dinner awaits, providing a perfect start to your safari adventure.

Day 2 Chimpanzee Tracking – Bigodi Wetland Walk

Start your day early with a hearty breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a chimpanzee trekking briefing. Guided by expert rangers, you will trek through the dense Kibale Forest to observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. Spend an hour with the chimpanzees, watching them forage, play, and socialize among the treetops. After trekking, return to the lodge for lunch and some leisure time. In the afternoon, explore the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-run conservation area with rich birdlife, butterflies, and other primates. Return to your lodge for a relaxing evening and a fine-dining dinner.
