### Payment Terms & Conditions

1. **Booking Confirmation:** A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. **Balance Payment:** The remaining 50% must be paid before the start of the trip/check-in.
3. **Booking Validity:** The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
4. **Payment Method:** Payment can be made via UPI/bank transfer or any other agreed payment method.
5. **Cancellation:** Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation.
6. **Refunds:** Any eligible refund will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation/processing charges.
7. **Hotel & Vehicle Availability:** All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
8. **Price Changes:** The quoted price is subject to change if there are changes in hotel category, travel dates, number of guests, or itinerary.
9. **No-Show:** No refund will be provided in case of a no-show or cancellation after the trip has commenced.
10. **Force Majeure:** The company will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, or government restrictions.

* **Cancellation before 30 days:** 90% refund of the advance payment.
* **Cancellation 15–29 days before arrival:** 50% refund of the advance payment.
* **Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival:** 25% refund of the advance payment.
* **Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival:** No refund.
* **No-show or early departure:** No refund will be provided.
* Any **hotel, houseboat, transport, or other non-refundable charges** already paid to suppliers will be deducted from the refundable amount.
* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within **7–10 working days** after cancellation approval.
* In case of **weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions**, the refund will be subject to the refund policy of the respective hotels and service providers.
