Day 1 Arrival In Jammu – Transfer To Srinagar | Stay In Srinagar

Upon your arrival at Jammu Railway Station or Airport, meet our representative and begin your scenic drive to Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir. The journey takes you through beautiful mountain landscapes, lush green valleys, winding roads, and charming towns. En route, enjoy breathtaking views of the Chenab River, pine forests, and the famous Jawahar Tunnel before entering the Kashmir Valley. Upon reaching Srinagar, check in to your hotel and relax after the long drive. In the evening, you may visit the local market for shopping or enjoy a peaceful walk around the nearby areas. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2 Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion | Stay In Srinagar

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir's most beautiful hill stations. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and lush meadows, Gulmarg is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. Enjoy the famous Gondola Cable Car ride (at your own cost), offering spectacular panoramic views of the Himalayas. You can also enjoy activities such as horse riding, snow play (seasonal), or simply relax amidst the breathtaking scenery. Later in the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Srinagar – Sonmarg Excursion | Srinagar

Dal LakeThajiwas Glacier

After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, popularly known as the "Meadow of Gold." Surrounded by majestic glaciers, alpine meadows, and the Sindh River, Sonmarg offers mesmerizing natural beauty. You may enjoy a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier (at your own expense) or spend time exploring the picturesque surroundings. Later, return to Srinagar and check in to a traditional Kashmiri houseboat on the beautiful Dal Lake. Enjoy the unique experience of staying on a houseboat and relax amidst the peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

After breakfast, check out and drive to doodhpathri, famously known as the "Valley of Shepherds." En route, visit the Saffron Fields, Avantipur Ruins, and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Lidder River. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring the charming surroundings. You may also visit the local market or enjoy a peaceful riverside walk. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5 Srinagar To Pahalgam | Stay In Pahalgam

Aru ValleyChandanwari

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the attractions of Pahalgam. You can visit the beautiful Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari (via local taxi at your own expense, as per union regulations). These picturesque destinations are known for their lush green meadows, snow capped mountains, and crystal-clear streams. Adventure lovers can also enjoy horse riding, river rafting (seasonal), or nature walks. Return to your hotel in the evening for a relaxing overnight stay in Pahalgam.

After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to Jammu. Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful valleys and mountains of Jammu & Kashmir. Room heaters are available on a direct payment basis.
Gala dinner at a hotel (e.g., on Christmas or New Year) is mandatory and chargeable. Approx. Rs. 1,000-3,000 per person, depending on the hotel category.
For Himachal, Atal Tunnel, Sissu Valley, and Rohtang Pass are subject to an extra charge. If these places are included in the package, please mention them in the inclusion list provided by our sales executive.
For Uttarakhand, Nainital local sightseeing is conducted by union taxis only, on a direct payment basis. Approx. Rs. 1,500 - 2,000.
In Jammu & Kashmir, the Gondola ride, Shikara ride, pony ride, and horse ride are available only with direct payment. If you have included any of these tickets in the package, please confirm with our sales executive. Additional charges for Gulmarg (Winter season Chain 4x4 jeep), Pahalgam (ABC, Baisran valley), Sonmarg (Thajiwas Glacier, Zero Point) or any other hired taxis are to be paid directly by the clients.
The total number of nights stay corresponds to the total number of breakfasts and dinners provided (e.g., a 3-night stay includes three breakfasts and three dinners). Extra meals, if desired, will be chargeable.

Amendment & Postponement Policy

After making the payment for a package, if the client wishes to amend the booking or postpone the travel dates (valid from the booking date for up to 1 year), additional charges may apply based on hotel and cab vendor policies.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in and check-out times are 12:00 noon or as per the hotel's policies. Early check-in is subject to availability or additional charges.
Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in:
Indian nationals: Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID Card.
Foreign nationals: Passport and valid visa.
If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Our is not responsible for missed sightseeing or destinations due to political strikes, roadblocks, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes in the package due to government orders, pandemics, strikes, curfews, natural disasters, airline delays or cancellations, or similar reasons will incur additional costs to be borne by the client.
Hotel meal plan types:
EP: Accommodation only.
CP: Accommodation with breakfast only.
MAP: Accommodation with breakfast and either lunch or dinner.
AP: Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Verbal commitments made by executives are not valid unless documented.
During the peak season, heavy traffic or roadblocks (e.g., due to snowfall) may result in missed sightseeing for which Tripenure is not responsible.
If installment payments are delayed, a late penalty will be charged to the guest.
Our is not responsible for mechanical issues with vehicles (e.g., Volvo buses or cabs), including tire punctures or other disturbances. Alternative arrangements will be made as soon as possible, but any additional costs will be borne by the client.
Sightseeing timings, as per government regulations, are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This does not include pick-up or drop-off times. Drivers may accommodate minor schedule adjustments without extra charges, but clients are advised to maintain good relations with drivers.
Drop-offs must be completed by 11:00 PM. Late departures will incur night charges payable directly to the driver by the client.
Clients dissatisfied with installment dates may request an extension from the travel consultant, subject to approval.
Gala dinners at hotels (e.g., on Christmas or New Year) are mandatory and chargeable directly by the hotel.
Special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, specific room types or views) are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Changes to the itinerary during the trip are not permitted unless pre-approved by the travel agent.
Our is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items during the trip. Clients are responsible for their valuables, such as mobile phones, tablets, jewelry, etc.
By making the payment, the guest automatically agrees to the terms and conditions.

Payment Terms & Methods :

Payment Process

The payment schedule is as follows:
1st Installment: 30% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking.
2nd Installment: 20% of the total package amount is to be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival for receiving hotel vouchers.
3rd Installment: The remaining 50% is to be paid upon boarding the car or bus.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

In case of trip cancellation, refunds will be limited and depend on the amount recoverable from our vendors. Cancellations must be notified via email prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive your cancellation request email:
Minimum cancellation fee: Rs. 3000 per adult, deducted from the total package cost.
55 days or more prior to departure – 10% cancellation charge on the total package cost.
54 to 45 days prior to departure – 20% cancellation charge on the total package cost.
44 to 30 days prior to departure – 25% cancellation charge on the total package cost.
30 to 15 days prior to departure – 50% cancellation charge on the total package cost.
14 days or less, including no-shows – NO REFUND.
For trips during the Christmas and New Year period (20th Dec to 5th Jan), payments are non-refundable.
Refunds for hotel payments will follow the hotel's cancellation policy.
No refund will be provided for unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing, or services due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or other factors beyond our control. Such unused items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Train ticket cancellations will follow the respective railway's policy.
Flight ticket cancellations will adhere to the airline's policy.
In cases where the advance amount received is insufficient, cancellation charges must be paid before the arrival date.
