A deposit of 30%–40% of the total safari cost is required to confirm the booking.

The deposit must be paid within 5–7 working days from the date of provisional booking.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be made in USD, free of bank charges to our account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30 days or more before arrival: Deposit forfeited

15 – 29 days before arrival: 50% of total safari cost

7 – 14 days before arrival: 75% of total safari cost

Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of total safari cost

Cancellation fees apply due to non-refundable park fees, lodge policies, and pre-booked services.
