4-Day Amboseli Tsavo West and East Mid Range

Pick up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi followed by a safari briefing and road transfer to Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival you will check in at camp and have lunch. In the afternoon you will depart for a game drive exploring Amboseli with views of the park landscape and Mt Kilimanjaro on clear days. The park features a dry ancient lake bed, fragile grassland, patches of acacia woodland, rocky volcanic hills, and lush swamp vegetation around the wetlands. You will return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast depart Amboseli for Tsavo West National Park with a road game drive of less than three hours. Visit the famous Mzima Springs to observe hippos and fish in crystalline water. Arrive at your lodge and check in for lunch. Relax at the lodge until 16h00 when the driver will pick you up for a two hour afternoon game drive focused on wildlife viewing including spotting maneless lions. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation at Ngulia Safari Lodge, a mid range lodge located inside Tsavo West National Park. Meals are included as specified; drinks are not included.

After breakfast check out and transfer to Tsavo East National Park with game viewing en route. Arrive at your lodge in the early afternoon for a hot lunch. Enjoy relaxation time and the facilities offered by the lodge. At around 15h00 the tour guide will pick you up for an afternoon game drive to Aruba Dam and further wildlife viewing in the park known historically for the man eaters of Tsavo. Continue game drives until late evening before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation at Voi Safari Lodge. Meals are included as specified; drinks are not included.

On the final day rise at sunrise to follow animal trails and continue wildlife viewing in search of species not yet seen during the safari. Return to the lodge for breakfast, check out, and proceed by road to Mombasa or Malindi. You will be dropped off at your residence, beach hotel, or the airport early in the evening. This marks the end of the tour. Additional accommodation can be arranged for an extra cost. Meals on this day include breakfast and lunch; dinner and drinks are not included.
