Day 1

Day 1: Arusha Town- Tarangire National Park-karatu

Early morning breakfast, then meet and greet by our customer service representative before departing with your picnic lunch for a direct drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant population. Here you will experience a unique blend of nature and the traditional way of life of the Maasai people. Tarangire offers unparalleled game viewing, especially during the dry season when herds of elephants roam freely. Families of these gentle giants play among ancient baobab trees and strip acacia bark from thorn trees for their afternoon meal. The breathtaking views of the Maasai Steppe and the distant mountains make Tarangire an unforgettable stop on your journey. Day 2: Karatu Area-serengeti National Park

Early breakfast, then with your picnic lunch drive to the famous Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a game drive en route. You will have the chance to spot the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos—as well as many other fascinating species such as hippos, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, hyenas, and Thomson’s gazelles, among others. The Seronera area is a true wildlife paradise, where you can witness thousands of animals and, depending on the season, experience the great wildebeest migration. Day 3: Serengeti National Park-ngorongoro Conservation Area

Early breakfast, then with your picnic lunch enjoy another thrilling game drive in the Serengeti, with opportunities to spot the “Big Four” — Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, and Hippos — along with many other fascinating species. In the afternoon, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area via the historic Olduvai Gorge, believed to be the cradle of humankind, where Dr. Leakey discovered early hominid remains. On the way, visit a traditional Maasai Boma to experience the unique culture and lifestyle of the Maasai people. Day 4

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater –arusha Town

After breakfast, descend into the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater — often referred to as the Eighth Wonder of the World. This vast caldera was formed by the dramatic movements of the earth that created the Great Rift Valley. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to an extraordinary variety of wildlife, including big cats and more than 400 bird species. Enjoy a game drive inside the crater until late afternoon with the chance to spot all of the Big Five — lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards — along with hippos, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, hyenas, Thomson’s gazelles, and many more. Afterwards, ascend to the crater rim and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon for drop-off at the hotel of your choice.

Please Note:
• Taxes, park fees, concession fees, VAT exemptions, and other taxes are based in Oﬃcial Government legislation at booking time. Should any of these be changed by the Government of Tanzania, Go Extra Mile Safaris of Tanzania reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.
• If accommodation is full at the time of the booking, comparable alternatives will be suggested (according to availability)
• Transport on safari is provided in 4-wheel-drive vehicles. City and other similar transfers may be provided in minivans. The company reserves the right to employ the services of subcontractors where necessary.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
• To confirm our clients' reservation, Go Extra Mile Safaris requires a 25% deposit payment at the time of making your booking. Failure to do so will result in your reservation automatically being canceled.
• The balance of payment is due 8 weeks (60 days) before the commencement date of your itinerary. Bookings made within 8 weeks (60 days) before departure are subject to full prepayment at the time of confirming the reservation.
• Please note that should you have been quoted in foreign currency and wish to settle payment using a credit card, your quotation will be converted to Tanzanian Shillings before the transaction is processed due to foreign exchange regulations by the Bank of Tanzania. The rate of exchange on the day that the transaction is processed will be used to determine the equivalent Shilling amount, with any resulting foreign exchange differences or bank charges being for the client's account. The Bank of Tanzania prohibits Tanzanian companies from taking foreign credit card payments and keeping the payment in foreign currency. The payment has to be converted to Tanzanian shillings before it is credited to the recipient. Clients are welcome to settle payment employing a bank transfer - in this instance, the amount will be converted by your bankers on presentation of our invoice.
• It is the client's responsibility to inform and instruct their bankers that the net invoice amount must equal the funds clearing into the Go Extra Mile Safaris bank account and that ALL bank charges are to be borne by the client's account.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
• Penalty of 10% if you cancel more than 60 days before your tour
• 20% penalty if you cancel between 30 and 60 days earlier
• a penalty of 50% if you cancel with 15 to 30 days' notice
• a 75% penalty if you cancel with 7 to 14 days' notice,
• a penalty of 100% if you cancel with less than a week's notice
• Oﬃcial Govt Fees paid remain Non-refundable
