Day 1 Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park

Met on arrival at the airport by our tour leader who will brief you on your entire safari. He will then introduce you to your driver-guide and depart for the drive to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for a short game drive en route to your lodge for lunch. Relax at the establishment to enjoy the nice set-up over-looking Mt. Kilimanjaro with afternoon game drives starting around 4 PM. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or similar

Day 2 Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park

An early morning game drive that gives a chance to take photos of the famous Mt. Kilimanjaro on a clear morning returning back in time for breakfast Thereafter, depart for Tsavo West National Park passing through Shetani lava flows to arrive in time for lunch at Kilaguni Serena lodge. Afternoon game drives at 16.00hrs with a visit to Mzima spring which is the main source of water for Mombasa residents with also underwater glass viewing point to see hippos, different types of fish, and crocodiles returning back to the lodge before dark falls for dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Lodge or similar

Day 3 Tsavo West – Tsavo East National Park

Afternoon game drives in Tsavo East National Park returning back before dark falls for dinner and overnight at Ashnil Aruba Lodge or similar

Booking And Payment Terms

We use our expertise and professional partners in the field to plan the ideal safari experience in all countries we operate in. Each safari is different in structure and cost, depending on specific individual needs, desires, interests, and we are committed to being flexible, however, the following terms and conditions apply.
1. Deposit
We require deposit as indicated below to confirm reservation as per the requested itinerary and balance payable 60 days prior to the safari or accommodation date.
10% deposit per person for one day safari tours
20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari tours
30% deposit per person for 4-6 day safari tours
40% deposit per person for 7-12 day safari tours
50% deposit per person for 6 days or more safari tours in Tanzania or combined Kenya and Tanzania safari tours. Same applies to a combination of Safari and beach holiday booking.
If it’s a last-minute booking, our reservations officer you are dealing with will advise you on the best mode of payment agreeable to you.
2. Cancellation Policy: Safari booking terms & cancellations terms amended:
In the event any cancellation is done, we only charge what hotels charge us and the rest returned to clients less bank transfer charges within 90-180 days as indicated below:
• Between 0-7 days before safari date – 100% is charged.
• Between 8 – 35 days before safari – 25% or 50% is charged depending on the lodge/camp.
• Between 36 – 60 days – 10% is charged.
• 60 days and over – full payment refunded fewer bank charges for the transfer and 2.5% operation cost
Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited to the original credit / debit card used in making of initial payment, if within 6-months of paying. If the period is longer than 6-months refunds will be made directly to the traveler’s bank account.
RELEASE PERIOD: All reservation-related requests, cancellations, or amendments must be submitted in writing to our reservation office. For block bookings, group series bookings, and FIT bookings, Agent are kindly requested to provide sales update for peak season bookings 90 days before the check-in date and for low/shoulder season bookings 45 days before the check-in date. The hotel reserves the right to release 50% of non-utilized/balance rooms that remain unsold. Final sales updates and final payment are required 60 days before peak season bookings and 30 days before low/shoulder season bookings. SINGLE ROOM POLICY: A maximum of 3 single rooms per group can be reserved at the single room rate. Any additional requests for single rooms will be subject to a charge at the double room rate.
3. Method of Payment
Payments to be made directly into our bank account through a bank transfer or through a secure online link. However, all payments must be made in full and free of any bank/credit card charges.
