4 Night Bhutan - Cycling Tour

On arrival at Paro international airport our representative will welcome to the land of thunder dragon and then drive you to Thimphu capital of Bhutan. Overnight at hotel (Thimphu).

After breakfast drive to Memorable Chorten located in the heart of Thimphu city built in the memory of our Third King and visit Textile Museum and National Library which holds the vast collection of old sculpture and manuscript and then drive to Changangkha Lhakhang one of the oldest Lhakhang in the country which offers the beautiful views of Thimphu valley. Visit Tashichhodzong, the seat of the Throne and the administrative center of the region. After lunch drive to the biggest Buddha statue from here one can enjoy the view of entire valley of capital city. At evening if time permits stroll around the town and take a warm walk to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel (Thimphu).

Today after the breakfast your Cycling journey starts from Thimphu to Paro. Thimphu to Paro high way provide the best way for the cyclist and most of the people in and around the country enjoy the cycling here and on the way you can enjoy the beautiful views of landscape and beautiful vegetation cover alongside the Wang chu and Paro chu and on arrival at Paro drive to your hotel for comfortable rest. Morning drive towards Paro Taktsang one of the most spiritual heritage and you have to hike for at least 3hr from the end of the road. Taktsang monastery is hanging literary on the cliff overlooking the Paro valley and those who are less inclined can have birds eye view from the bottom of the monastery. Then back from the Taktsang visit Kyichu Lhakhang one of the oldest Lhakhang in the country and then if time permits stroll around the old Paro town and peep into the local handicrafts.
