Arrive at Srinagar Airport (SXR). A representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel or a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake.

After checking in, start your exploration of Srinagar.

Visit the famous Mughal Gardens—Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashma Shahi—which are beautiful examples of Mughal landscaping and offer stunning views of the Zabarwan mountain range.

In the evening, enjoy a serene Shikara ride on the iconic Dal Lake, gliding past floating markets and houseboats with the majestic Himalayan peaks in the background.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours).

Gulmarg is a famous hill station and a premier skiing destination.

Take the Gulmarg Gondola, the world's second-highest cable car ride. The ride has two phases; the first takes you to Kongdori, and the second (optional and often requires a separate ticket) goes up to Apharwat Peak, which offers panoramic views of the Himalayas.

In winter, you can enjoy skiing and other snow-based activities. In summer, the meadows are in full bloom with wildflowers.

The Lidder River flowing through the valley offers a perfect backdrop for a picnic or a leisurely walk.
