Day 1 Welcome To Baku + Panoramic Tour

Arrival at Airport. Transfer to the hotel with early check-In. 15:00 Tour starts with Visit to Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, The National Assembly- also transliterated as Milli Majlis, Flame towers-the tallest skyscraper in Baku. Walking through Baku Boulevardwhich stretches along a south-facing bay on the Caspian Sea. It traditionally starts at Freedom Square continuing west to the Old City and beyond. Day 2 Flame Tour + Old City Tour

Maiden Tower

Breakfast in Hotel 10:00 Assembly at hotel lobby. Tour starts with Ateshgah (Fire Worshippers Temple) Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. "Atash” is the Persian word for fire. The pentagonal complex, which has a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a tetra pillar-altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and 18th centuries. It was abandoned in the late 19th century, probably due to the dwindling of the Indian population in the area. The natural "eternal flame" went out in 1969, after nearly a century of exploitation of petroleum and gas in the area, but is now lit by gas piped from the nearby city Trip to "Fire Mountain "-"Yanardag" – a mountain on Abs heron peninsula, 25 km from north of Baku. Literally, word "Yanardag" means "Blazing Mountain". Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor. Day 3 Shahdag Tour

Breakfast in Hotel 09:00 Assembly at hotel lobby. Departure to Shahdag (3 hours) Arrival. Start to use Shahdag activities. The Shahdag Mountain Resort Complex was open to the public in 2012. It is located in the Azerbaijan's Greater Caucasus range, the site is located near Shahdag National Park, which is known for having an intact ecological system and an untouched flora and fauna. It is the first and largest ski resort in Azerbaijan. Plans for the project include 4-5 star hotels, golf-clubs, 160-180 cottages and other objects in the complex. The winter season in Shahdag begins in the second half of December and finishes at the beginning of April, depending on snow conditions. Day 4 Gobustan Tour + Shopping Tour

Breakfast at the hotel 10:00Tour starts with Qobustan which is best known for being the home to the famous rock petroglyphs. The area has been settled since the 8th millennium BC. It is known for hosting thousands of rock engravings spread over 100 square km depicting hunting scenes, people, ships, constellations and animals. Its oldest petroglyphs date from the 12th century BC. In 2007, UNESCO included the ‘Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape’ in the World Heritage list. Baku's mud volcanoes are a natural wonder, known for their unique eruptions of mud and gas. Located near the Gobustan region, they are part of Azerbaijan's rich geological heritage and attract tourists for their unusual landscapes and scientific significance. Visit to the Bibi – Heybat Mosque– historical mosque in Baku, Azerbaijan. The existing structure, built in the 1990s, is a recreation of the mosque with the same name built in the 13th century by Shirvanshah Farrukhzad II Ibn Ahsitan II 15:00 Start Shopping tour at 28 Mall is a popular shopping and entertainment destination located in the heart of Baku, Azerbaijan. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, or any other service.
Kindly check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by the authorities, the tour participants will have to meet all the contingencies arising there from and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. The travel agency will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters.
Please check all the details on the Visa including the validity, Name spelling, Date of Birth etc and notify us immediately if any discrepancy is noticed so that we can try to get it corrected.
Room Allocation is usually done by the hotel or resort at the time of check-in.
The travel company is not liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days or for cancellation, postponement, or re-routing of any scheduled transport service due to any reasons including fog. The rules in respect of cancellation charges or refund will be applicable.
It is recommended to reconfirm your flight timings directly with the airlines to avoid any issues due to schedule change done by the airlines.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.

We try our best to share the information pertaining to such services as we receive through our destination partners and the hotel/ resort, but we disown any responsibility if any amenities or services are not provided by the resort to the guests due to any reason including bad weather conditions, flight delay or resort’s management decision etc.

The agency will not be responsible if the flights booked do not operate or if there is any schedule change. The Travel agency will try to offer the best possible available options and any supplement cost due to this has to be borne by the client.
The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls unless specified as included in the quote). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of check-out from the respective hotel.
The travel agency would not be responsible for any refund or compensation if any booked activities are missed out during the tour for being non-operational due to any reason including adverse weather conditions, technical snag etc.
