Day 1

Delhi – Shimla

Meal: Dinner
On arrival at Delhi the Airport/railway station from there you will meet and assist our representative and now you will be ready to “Hit the Queen of Hills “drive to Shimla (380 km, 10-11 hours journey). Travelling to Shimla is very exciting as it covers a few popular travel destinations on the wayon arrival at Shimla check in to hotel dinner & an overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

Shimla - Kufri – Shimla Local

Kufri

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel proceeds for a full day sightseeing tour of Kufri and local Shimla As this is the last day of your tour, you can go for buying some gifts for your family, relatives, and colleagues if you wish to evening return to hotel dinner and overnight stay.

Afternoon moves to Jakhoo Temple. Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to theHindu deity, Hanuman. It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, 2.5 km /1.3 miles east from The Ridge, Shimla at aheight of 2,455 m above sea level after that explore local Shimla:

Shimla - Manali Via Kullu Valley–manali

Manali Local Sightseeing - Solang Valley

Solang Valley Rohtang Pass Manu Temple Hadimba Temple

After breakfast proceed to local sightseeing tour, visit “Hadimba Devi Temple” landmark of Manali, also known variously as the “Hadimba Temple”. It was built in 1553 and an enormous rock occupies the inside of the temple, only a 7.5 cm (3 inch) tall brass image representing goddess Hadimba Devi.

Solang Nala (Valley)
Solang Nala (Valley) drives its name from combination of words Solang (Nearby village)and Nullah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sport’s most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and Zorbing . Snow melts during the summer months starting May and skiing is then replaced by Zorbing (a giant ball with room for 2 people which is rolled down a200 metre hill), paragliding, parachuting and horse riding. A ropeway was recently opened. Going to the summit can be possible by ATVs, Ropeway or Climbing (Trekking).

Manali – Delhi Departure

Accommodation will be provided at the hotels mentioned or in similar range hotels.
No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
AC will not work in Hill Stations.
Please carry your valid identity proof card containing your photographs at it is required at theairport and during check in to hotels.
Pan card is not valid identity proof so please don’t carry it with you.
In Himachal you cannot match the facilities & services of hotels to developed destinations. Hotels in Uttarakhand are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
Category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the difference.
Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
For early check in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
Check in and checkout time of most of the hotels is 2PM to 12PM and the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
Many hotels/resorts do not have lift/wifi/parking/heater so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable.
Many hotels charge extra, for room heater/hot water/wifi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels on direct basis.
If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels MAYide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is MAYided by hotel management – if bills go above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking).
The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Company.

Booking & Payment Policy

Pay 30% amount of the total package as a 2nd Instalments.
Pay 15% initial amount as an advance to confirm the package.
Pay 50% amount for Hotel Vouchers and complete your balance payment on the first or second day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services.
30 days prior to arrival –50% of the Tour.
30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the Tour.
Less than 07 days prior to arrival-No Refund.
Advance Amount is Non refundable. We will adjust the amount on another trip.
