Hotel Check-in Time: 13:00 hrs / Check-out Time: 11:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel's discretion and can’t be guaranteed.
Please note that Air Tickets & Hotels are purely subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Copy of Passport & PAN Card is a must for making the booking.
Please note that the above costs are based on a minimum of 50 Adults travelling together in a group. In case the group size reduces/increases the cost will increase accordingly.
In the event we are unable to confirm the quoted hotel, we will try to confirm an alternate hotel within the same Category
The above rates are not applicable during exhibitions, Fairs and the Festive season
Early check-in is subject to availability. Incase require confirmed early check-in, extra charges will be applicable
The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any variance in the price would be discussed and the support will be submitted for the same

If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges for the transfer will be incurred and will be charged extra.
If groups arrive from different hubs and separate transfers are required or in case of any additional services required, then the applicable cost would be advised and charged to the Client.
No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the tour inclusions

REXOGREEN HILL TRIP LLPwill not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature. Payment Terms & Methods :
We request you to release an advance of 50% of the total tour cost to proceed ahead with the bookings.
Balance 50% to be cleared before the departure.
Payments can be made to us by NEFT / Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of “REXO GREEN HILL TRIP LLP ” payable.
Kindly note that the advance paid to the airlines to hold inventory is non-refundable.
Any incidental or actual expenses to be paid over and above the tour price.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Cancellation Terms for Pax beyond min. guaranteed figure:
30 Days – 25 days before departure : 25 % of the Package
24 Days – 20 days before departure : 50 % of the Package
19 Days – 15 days before departure : 75 % of the Package
14 Days before departure & No Show : 100% of the Package
