• Day 1 : Kamakhya Temple and drop at Shillong

  Pick up from Guwahati Airport… Way to Kamakhya Temple - is a Hindu temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas, situated on the Nilachal Hill in western part of Guwahati city in Assam ……transfer to Shillong - the capital and hill station of Meghalaya, also known as "The Abode of Clouds", one of the smallest states in India. It is the headquarters of the East Khasi Hills district and is situated at an average altitude of 4,908 feet (1,496 m) above sea level, with the highest point being Shillong Peak at 6,449 feet (1,966 m). • Day 2 : Cherapunji

  After breakfast visit to Cherapunji a subdivisional town in the East Khasi Hills district in the Indian state of Meghalaya. It is credited as being the wettest place on Earth. Cherrapunji still holds the all-time record for the most rainfall.
