Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park

Begin your day with an enchanting early-morning journey to Tiger Hill, perched at an elevation of 8364 feet (2550 meters), offering a spellbinding spectacle as the sun rises over the majestic Mt. Kanchendzonga. At around 4 AM, witness nature's breathtaking canvas as hues of gold and crimson paint the sky, illuminating the Himalayan peaks in a mesmerizing display. En route back, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of the Ghoom Monastery and marvel at the engineering marvel of the Batasia Loop. After a hearty breakfast, your day unfolds with an array of captivating sights. Explore the serene Japanese Temple and the tranquil Peace Pagoda, offering moments of tranquility amidst the hills. Delve into the wonders of wildlife at the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), celebrating the Himalayan fauna and mountaineering heritage. Your journey continues to the Tibetan Refugee Center (closed on Sundays), offering insights into Tibetan culture and craftsmanship. Mirik Excursion

Embark on a picturesque journey after breakfast, heading towards Mirik at an elevation of 4,900 feet, tracing the route via the Indo-Nepal Border (please note, additional vehicle charges apply for the Nepal Border to Pasupati Market). Traverse scenic roads that offer intermittent pauses for capturing stunning photographs amidst the captivating landscapes. Mirik unfolds its charm with the enchanting Sumendu Lake, a serene oasis ensconced within the heart of the town, flanked by verdant pine trees and picturesque tea gardens. The ambiance is further adorned by sprawling orange orchards, adding a delightful touch to the scenery. As the day winds down, return to Darjeeling, your heart brimming with the tranquility and beauty of Mirik, settling in for an overnight stay amidst the serene hills.

Darjeeling - NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (75 Kms. / 3 Hrs.)

Your departure transfer awaits, ensuring a seamless journey to either the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or the Bagdogra International Airport for your onward travel. Relish the final glimpses of the mist-kissed hills and lush landscapes as you embark on the next chapter of your journey, carrying with you cherished memories and the tranquility of your Darjeeling retreat.

Please note that while the vehicle will be available for transfers and sightseeing as per the schedule, it will not be at your disposal throughout the day.

Costing is not based on fixed hotel and inventory and is subject to change. This would be infored to you within 48hrs of booking this package.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

100% flight fare required to issue the tickets.
Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.
100 payment is to be made for international packages before 15 days of departure date.
In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
