Prior to arrival in Malaysia, all travelers must submit their MDAC using the provided link.
Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
Please note bed type is always subjected to availability at the time of Check-in, in case of Online Inventory.
Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 minutes. If the wait time exceeds this limit, it will be considered a no-show, or additional waiting charges will apply if the guest agrees.
We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
Some hotels may charge compulsory tax which is payable at the time of check in by the guests.
The standard driver waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes, and guests are required to complete the Malaysia Arrival Card details prior to their arrival to prevent any delays at the airport.
A tourism tax of MYR?10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January (amount may vary depending on the hotel)
Coach Transfers to Malaysia: Passengers will be picked up and dropped off at Golden Mile Tower in Singapore. The coach will stop at the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoint for immigration clearance, where passengers must bring all travel documents, luggage, and personal belongings. The coach driver will inform passengers about the waiting time and where to return before proceeding to Berjaya Times Square in Malaysia.
Please note that the hotel may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount varies based on the hotel's policy and will be returned at the time of check-out, subject to any incidental charges.
Hotel Check-In/Check-Out Restrictions: Due to high demand during the festive season, hotel check-ins and check-outs may not be available on 25th, 30th, and 31st December, and 1st January at most properties. While we are providing online inventory as per your request, availability cannot be guaranteed for these dates.
Hotel Surcharges & Mandatory Fees: Any additional charges imposed by hotels—such as Gala Dinners, resort fees, or other mandatory surcharges—may not be included in the prices shown in the online inventory. These charges are at the sole discretion of the hotel and, if applicable, will be payable directly by the guest at the time of check-in.
Activities & Operational Feasibility: Activities scheduled for 25th, 30th, 31st December, and 1st January (or any special date) are subject to operational feasibility and local authority regulations.
