FOR TICKETS IN VIETNAM:
All attraction tickets in Vietnam are issued based on the height of the passenger, not age:
Below 100 cm: Free of Charge
100 cm – 140 cm: Child Rate
Above 140 cm: Adult Rate
Please please inform us in advance if any passenger's height exceeds the criteria shared above, so that we can upgrade the ticket category and revise the cost accordingly.
In case the height exceeds the booked ticket category and the information is not provided beforehand, any additional charges arising due to the ticket upgrade will have to be paid directly by the guest on-ground at the attraction.
Some hotels may request a security deposit, which is typically refundable upon check-out provided there is no damage to the room.
Rooms at hotels are available only from 14:00 on arrival day till 12:00 on departure day. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out desired.
Check-in, Check out timings and room sizes differ from hotel to hotel in a specific destination. Kindly cross-check the same with the hotel & refer via the hotel's website also.
Surcharge for car driver if pick up/ Drop off is between 23:00 to 7:00
Most ATMs widely accept Plus (Visa) debit and credit cards, while those that accept Cirrus and Maestro (MasterCard) are less prevalent.
To ensure respect and avoid causing offense when visiting religious sites, it's crucial to pay special attention to dressing modestly and behaving appropriately.
Carry universal Charger Adapter or 3 Pin to avoid any inconvenience.
Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 minutes. If the wait exceeds this limit, it will be considered a no-show, or additional waiting charges will apply if the guest agrees.
We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
Please note that the hotel may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount varies based on the hotel's policy and will be returned at the time of check-out, subject to any incidental charges.
The driver will provide all the sightseeing tickets.
Hotel Check-In/Check-Out Restrictions: Due to high demand during the festive season, hotel check-ins and check-outs may not be available on 25th, 30th, and 31st December, and 1st January at most properties. While we are providing online inventory as per your request, availability cannot be guaranteed for these dates.
Hotel Surcharges & Mandatory Fees: Any additional charges imposed by hotels—such as Gala Dinners, resort fees, or other mandatory surcharges—may not be included in the prices shown in the online inventory. These charges are at the sole discretion of the hotel and, if applicable, will be payable directly by the guest at the time of check-in.
Activities & Operational Feasibility: Activities scheduled for 25th, 30th, 31st December, and 1st January (or any special date) are subject to operational feasibility and local authority regulations.
Passengers arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) must complete the mandatory pre-arrival immigration form before departure and present the QR code on arrival for faster clearance.
Note: From 1 July, all international travelers arriving in Vietnam will be required to complete a Pre-Arrival Declaration. To save time at the airport, passengers are encouraged to complete the declaration online before departure. Alternatively, they can scan the QR code and complete it upon arrival. Kindly inform all your guests and ask them to complete the Pre-Arrival Declaration before traveling to Vietnam to ensure a smooth arrival process.
All tour timings mentioned are inclusive of hotel pick-up and drop-off transfers, unless otherwise specified
