Arrival in Dubai Airport

Upon your arrival in Dubai, our tour representative will welcome you and guide you to Dubai. Complete check-in formalities and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Later, in the evening, proceed to the Dubai Marina to enjoy a dhow cruise and a panoramic view of the city at night.

Please note that we would need TCS challan copy or TCS declaration form in order to proceed with the booking and travel company will not be responsible for any kind of issue related to the same and solely the respective travel agent will be responsible.
If you require OTB, kindly send us an email regarding the same and intimate us before 24-48 hours of travel and also give us a call regarding the same and do not consider it as confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us otherwise will not be responsible for any kind of issues.
Please note that the hotel price and availability is subject to the confirmation from the hotel's end. The same is to be checked at the time of confirmation. In case the offered hotel is not available, a similar category hotel would be checked.
If the Service Provider issues any Tourist Visa/Service Visa under its sponsorship to a Client, the Client must make sure to exit the Country before the expiry of the Visa Exmp. For UAE Visa - Client will exit the country within 29 Days (30 days Tourist UAE Visa) or 85 Days (90 days Tourist UAE Visa) from Entry date in UAE), in case the Client does not exit then the Client shall be fully and solely responsible for any costs resulting for not exiting the Country and the Service Provider shall have exclusive rights to file whatever complaints against the Clients in the relevant Ministry or Governmental Department against the Client.
Please note that a government fee of AED 25 is supposed to be paid by guests in Dubai Dolphinarium tour at the time of entrance at creek park which is per person and to be paid directly.
Please note that Abu Dhabi city tour & Ferrari world combo tour / Dubai parks & resorts tour / IMG theme park tour is always on request and travel company has the right to exclude the tour from the package 24-48 hours prior of tour timings if the tour cannot be operated due to any reason.
Check-in and Check-out in any hotel on 31st Dec / 1st Jan is always subject to hotel approval.
GST 5 % Extra if you want a bill.
Children below 2 years are not allowed inside the Ski Dubai snow park and above 2 years would need the ticket to get the entry. Guests will have to bear the charges of the tickets directly if the same is not included in the package.
We would need the complete payment of the package 7 days prior to the travel date in order to share the vouchers on time, reconfirm all the services and maintain our service level. Delay in the payment might lead us to delay in sharing the vouchers, last minute availability issues & on ground service errors.
For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 48 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 48 Hrs.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates will change if traveling dates are changed due to Major Trade Fairs & Exhibition. Supplementary Charges may apply.
We shall proceed with the reconfirmation after receiving the complete package cost.
Tourism Dirham fee is not included in the package unless mentioned in inclusions.
