TERMS AND CONDITION:
The following booking conditions form the basis of your confirmation with NE Taxi Gangtok Taxi Service Pvt Ltd ("we", "us" and "our"). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm you’re booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

1. Advance Payment: If, for any reason, the balance (including any surcharge where applicable) is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. If we do not cancel straight away because you have promised to make payment, you must pay the cancellation charges.
• Rs.10000/- or 50% of the total amount (whichever is less) has to be paid at the time of booking.
• The balance of the total package cost is to be paid on arrival of day-1.
2. Cancellation of Bookings: must be notified to us by email by the party leader as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
• 30 days only communication charges of Rs.2000.00
• 30 -1 Days prior to arrival date 30% of tour cost.
• After Arrival / In Between the tour 100% of tour cost.
3. Special requests: Where possible, we will endeavour to meet or arrange to meet any such request. All special requests are subject to availability. For your own protection, you should obtain confirmation in writing that a special request will be complied (where it is possible to give this) where it is important with you.
Once the price of your chosen trip has been confirmed at the time of booking, then subject to the correction of errors, we will only increase or decrease the price in the event of any change in our transportation costs or in dues, taxes or fees or in the exchange rates which have been used to calculate the cost of your trip.
Nathula Pass: Fixed rate would be Rs.5000/- per Vehicle with below terms & conditions:

1. Pass would be subject to availability of permit and on direct payment basis.
2. Once permit is issued we would not be able to refund the amount in any reason as its direct payment which goes to Government vendors.
3. Only the vehicle who have authority to enter the Nathula premises will be allowed to enter, therefore the vehicle will get merged and same may not be allowed for Nathula visit.
4. In certain case due to network issue or any other natural calamities, miss coordination may occur.
