Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kochi – Transfer to Munnar (Approx. 130 km / 4-5 hours)

Arrive at Kochi airport/railway station.
Drive to Munnar, enjoying scenic views of waterfalls, tea plantations, and misty hills en route. En route stops: Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, Spice Plantation.
Check-in at hotel in Munnar. Evening at leisure or stroll in Munnar town. Overnight stay: Munnar

Day 2

Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore Munnar:

Eravikulam National Park (closed Feb-Mar during breeding season) Tea Museum & Tea Plantations
Mattupetty Dam Echo Point Kundala Lake

Day 3

Munnar to Thekkady (Approx. 90 km / 3-4 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Thekkady. Check-in at hotel/resort. Visit:

Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary

Spice Plantation Tour

Elephant ride - own cost

Optional: Kathakali/Kalaripayattu performance in the evening. Overnight stay: Thekkady

Day 4

Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat (Approx. 140 km / 4-5 hours)

After early breakfast, drive to Alleppey. Board your private houseboat around noon.
Cruise through the scenic backwaters, passing paddy fields, coconut groves, and local villages. Enjoy traditional Kerala meals onboard.
Overnight stay: Alleppey Houseboat

Day 5

Alleppey to Kochi (Approx. 60 km / 1.5 hours) – Cochin Sightseeing

Disembark from houseboat after breakfast. Drive to Kochi. If time permits, visit:

Jew Town and Synagogue

Marine Drive

Overnight stay at Cochin hotel.

Departure
