Availability Restrictions and Surcharge applicable during Event & Exhibitions/Festivals/Extended weekends, travel & trade fairs and special events.
Special requests like Early Check-in, smoking/non smoking room, rooms with particular views/ floors , bedding types, adjoining room or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and as per hotel policy.
Clients are advised to carry sufficient travel insurance to cover for medical/flight/typhoon related emergencies. During typhoon no 8 or above, all services will be suspended for safety purposes. Emergency services are available at extra costs on request.
