5 Nights / 6 Days
The calving season in the Serengeti is a truly spectacular time to witness nature’s drama unfold. Every day, over 4,000 wildebeest calves are born, taking their first tentative steps on the vast plains. These newborns attract a host of predators—lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas—creating thrilling wildlife encounters.
During this period, the chances of witnessing predator-prey interactions, and sometimes even a hunt, are high—an unforgettable experience for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers alike. This safari is best scheduled between December and March, when the calving season is at its peak.

It's advised to always have the camera ready. There are many African animals to be found, including lions, hyenas, cheetahs, buffalo, hippos, and black rhinos. You will start a steep ascent to the top exit of the crater after enjoying a picnic lunch at the lovely Hippo pool.
