Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Kilimanjaro airport to Tarangire National park

Morning: Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted at the airport and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, a gem known for its sweeping landscapes and ancient baobab trees.

Afternoon: Set out on your first game drive, where you’ll witness Tarangire’s famed large elephant herds, along with wildebeest, zebras, impalas, and a dazzling variety of birdlife. Keep your eyes open every turn holds a new surprise.

Evening: As the sun sets, head to your lodge or camp to unwind. Enjoy a delicious dinner under the African sky, surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 2

Serengeti national Park

Morning: Transfer to Serengeti National Park, the heart of the Great Migration.
Afternoon: Game drives in the central Serengeti, searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, and other predators.
Evening: Enjoy sundowners and dinner at your Serengeti lodge/camp

Serengeti National Park

Morning: Game drive at Serengeti National Park, the heart of the Great Migration.

Ngorongoro Crater

Morning: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Full Day: Explore the crater floor, home to a high concentration of wildlife, including the endangered black rhino.
Evening: Ascend from the crater and overnight near Ngorongoro ,mto wa mbu or karatu.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

Morning: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos.
Afternoon: Enjoy a final game drive in Lake Manyara.
Late Afternoon: Return to Arusha for departure.

Payment Terms & Methods :

1. Booking Confirmation

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Payment should be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice to secure accommodation and park entries.

2. Final Payment

The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the safari start date.

3. Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile money (available in Tanzania).

All transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 60+ days before the trip: full refund minus transaction fees.

Cancellations made 30–59 days before: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 30 days: no refund.

6. Currency

All prices and payments are quoted in USD, unless otherwise agreed.

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
