Ghandruk cultural trekking is a beautiful cultural trekking that one can do in the Annapurna region. Along with romance on cultural and natural scenarios, this much romantic walking goes through forests, ridges and beautiful villages. Ghandruk is an ideal village with typical cultural practices of Gurung inhabitants. So, the most attractive part of Ghandruk cultural trek is to explore the cultural assets of Ghandruk village.
The Ghandruk trek starts after one hour drive to Naya pul from Pokhara. After crossing the suspension bridge at Modi Khola River, we do ascend through hills, villages, terrace farms, river valleys and eventually to the imposing Ghandruk village.
This cultural trek is an easy one and so can be done throughout the year, however, the time of Mar-May and Sep-Dec is recommended. Join us and let Ghandruk surprise you.
Kathmandu arrival (1,350m), transfer to hotel
On arrival in Kathmandu airport, our representative will welcomes you with the display board for Trekking Mart. Transfer to the chosen hotel and free ahead. At evening enjoy the welcome dinner at typical Nepali restaurant with fantastic cultural dance presentation.

Fly Pokhara, drive to Naya Pul & trek to Ghandruk (1,940m)
After breakfast in your hotel, transfer to the airport and fly to Pokhara with a morning flight. At Pokhara airport, our private vehicle will receive you and then we drive to Naya Pul (1,070m) - the trek starting point. The trek will take 5 hours as you pass through sub-tropical forest, river valleys and beautiful villages. Ghandruk is a beautiful village with more than thousand of Gurung houses. Traditionally preserved housing pattern, cultural lifestyle and unique religious practices are the appealing factors of the village. Overnight at a local run guesthouse.

Trek to Pothana (1,150m)
Enjoy the morning sunrise over the panoramic Himalayas. After satisfying breakfast we start our 2nd days trekking to another beautiful village Pothana. Along the up-down trail, ridges, gorges and lush forest, it takes about 4-5 hours to reach to Pothana.

Trek to Phedi & drive to Pokhara
One more time enjoy sparking mountain sceneries along with fresh grooming environment of the territory. After the leisurely breakfast, make an easy downhill trek towards Dhampus village and then to Phedi. At Phedi, our private vehicle will receive you and transfer to Pokhara. At evening, visit around Lakeside city and make a boat ride in Fewa Lake. Overnight at chosen hotel.

Drive back to Kathmandu
At 7 in the morning catch tourist bus from Pokhara and drive to Kathmandu. Kathmandu is in 200 km east of Pokhara and it takes about 6 hours by drive. On the way, enjoy the attractive sceneries of landscapes, rivers, forests, farm lands, towns and village settlements. On arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel and free ahead for shopping and all,before our farewell dinner.
