Booking Confirmation: A [50%] advance payment of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
Final Confirmation: Your booking will be fully confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid [prior to the service / at the time of check-in].

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

More than [7] days before: [80%] of the advance payment will be refunded.
[3 to 6] days before: [50%] of the advance payment will be refunded.
Within [48] hours: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Rescheduling Policy
Requests to reschedule must be informed at least [5] days prior to the original booking date.
Rescheduling is subject to slot/room availability.

Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within [5–7] business days to the original payment method.

General Terms
In case of unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters preventing us from delivering the service, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
